Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policies carefully to understand how cancellations and returns work at Vogsio Originals.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase or before it is shipped—whichever comes first.
• For any cancellation not caused by our error, a ₹50 processing charge will be deducted from your refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Wrong item received
• Product damaged in transit
• Manufacturing defects

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photo/video proof of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or ask you to return it via courier. Upon receipt, we will process your refund or send a replacement.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for size issues or personal preferences.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
